We are now heading into the endurance and stamina test with matches 3 times this week. Practice Monday will be focused on technique. Wednesday is Fox Chapel. The ladder will be sent out via remind Tuesday.

  1. Remember tennis is a mental and physical game
  2. prehydrate 2 hours prior. Bring some snacks.
  3. Exhibition players: my goal is to play all at every match. Be ready. Stay focused. I am mixing it up to produce the best outcome.
  4. Safety first: no one uses the restroom alone. Players pair up and inform eithbmyself or Mrs K.
  5. Remind notifications will be coming each day. Please be sure to watch for them.
